Tractor Sparc Economy Emulsion

Tractor Sparc is priced against distemper but behaves like an emulsion: smooth matt finish, about one and a half times distemper coverage, so you buy less material for the same wall. It carries a performance warranty, which is unusual at this price point.

Be clear about what you are buying. Washability is very low: you can lift a fresh mark immediately, but a wet cloth on a set stain will take the paint with it. The shade range is narrower than Tractor Emulsion. This is the right paint for a whole-house repaint on a tight budget, for contractors pricing volume work, and for anything that will be redone inside two or three years.
