Product descriptions, coverage figures, dilution ratios, drying times and other technical details on this site are compiled from manufacturers' published data sheets and from our own experience at the counter. Manufacturers revise their products and their data without notice. Always check the current technical data sheet from the manufacturer before specifying, ordering or applying a product, particularly on a project where the specification matters.
Advice
Any advice we give, on this site or at the counter, is given in good faith and based on what we have seen work. Site conditions, surface preparation, weather and workmanship all affect the result, and none of them are within our control. Responsibility for surface preparation, application method and following the manufacturer's instructions rests with the applicator and the contractor.
Stock and prices
The catalogue on this site is our item list. It is not a live statement of what is on the shelf. Please confirm availability by phone or WhatsApp before travelling to the shop. We do not publish rates, because they change often. We quote the current rate on request, and a quote is valid only for the day it is given unless we say otherwise.
Warranties
Product warranties are given by the manufacturer, not by us. They are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, which normally require the full specified system, correct application, and in some cases registration of the site. We are not the warrantor and cannot extend, vary or guarantee any manufacturer's warranty.

United Marble House is an independent multi-brand dealer. All brand names, product names, trademarks and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used to identify goods we sell and do not imply that those manufacturers endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with this website.

Your details
When you leave your name and number on this site, we use them to answer your enquiry and nothing else. They reach us as an email to sales@umhouse.in and a row in a private spreadsheet, both inside our own Google Workspace account. We do not sell them, pass them to any brand or agency, or add you to a mailing list. We keep enquiries for two years, then delete them. If you want what you sent us removed sooner, tell us on the number below and we will delete it.
